To submit a new 'How to' question:

  1. Enter a new task below, and click the Submit button. The task name should be short (but descriptive) and it should be in the form of a WikiWord (which means to begin each word with a capital letter, and omit the spaces between the words). This task name will become the name of the web page you are creating.

  2. After you click the Submit button, you will go to an editor page. On the editor page, please enter a short version of the question in the Question field in the table near the bottom of the window (for example, "How do I synthesize thunder?"). This is the question that will appear in the index of How-to questions. Enter some keywords that may help people locate this topic using the search option.
  3. In the large text field at the top of the editor, replace the dot after Question with the long form of your question. If you have a solution, replace the dot after Solution with your proposed solution. Please remember to sign (by copying your signature from the bottom of the editor page) either (or both) the question and solution parts.
