Problem
Mac OS 9.2.2 on Blue G4 Sawtooth with PCI. Clicking brings windows to front but will not select. Cannot grab and move scroll bar. Mouse works correctly in dialogs but not in Kyma.

Download CarbonLib 1.6
from Apple.

Thanks! You beat me to it - I discovered this fix just today - after playing with the extension manager and reinstalling the OS a few times, which always installed Carbon Lib 1.4(!).
