kyma•tweaky: Know DiskPlaybackCrashWithCapyLS

Problem

Disk file starts to play, stops before the end, and loop on a short buffer of samples. Capybara would timeout.

This can occur if the wrong cable is used to connect the Capybara to the Kyma FireWire interface.
