Making connections through a Wireless Router

• Connect Paca(rana) via Ethernet port on back of Paca(rana) to wireless hub.

• Start TouchOSC.

• Click field under Network
• Select the Paca(rana) IP address (beslime-serial_nbr.local) from the list at bottom under Found.

• Click TouchOSC button at top left to return to settings, then click Done at upper right.

Learn OSC messages in the VCS

• In VCS, right-click widget
• Choose Learn
• Send OSC message from device

Map to OSC message received in the past

• In VCS, right-click widget * Choose OSC message from the Controller / OSC submenu

Using TouchOSC without a wireless router

• Connect your Paca(rana) to your Computer using an Ethernet cable
• Set up Internet Sharing to share your connection from Ethernet to computers using WiFi? ("Airport" on the Mac)
• Use front panel Help page on Paca(rana) to determine its IP address
• In TouchOSC, click the field under Network
• Click Host field
• Enter the IP address (leave default values for the ports)
• Click TouchOSC button at top left to return to settings, then click Done at upper right.
