I am looking for input about dedicated word clock modules and /or house sync sources. how much improvement are kymites finding with dedicated units such as apogee big ben, aardsync, or other units? Any input on specific equipment or general comments on using dedicated w/c sources or a/d,d/a units that incorperate word clock distribution would be appreciated.

What are your applications? What is your specific interest? The only advantage of an external wordclock source is besides synchronization to have an ultralow jitter. But if you have a good converter I can´t see any real advantage.
