This sound shows how to control the firing of MIDI events, read from a standard MIDI file, using ramp expressions in capytalk. The idea is to instantiate a ramp expression that will reach the value 1 at the moment when an event is to be emitted (note on or note off). This can be used to with polyphonic MIDI sequences -- that is, the emitted notes can overlap in time.
