To remove a file that you've uploaded:

1. Click the Attach link at the top of the page with the attachment.
2. In the table of uploaded files, click the Action link
3. Scroll to bottom of page and click Move Attachment link
4. Change the topic to TrashAttachment
5. In the To: field, select Trash

Please go back in your browser and chose a topic that exists.
