Since the VCF can modulate the cutoff on audiorate, one can create FM-like sounds with it. When inputting a saw to the VCF, the filter will ring a bit on the jumps of the saw. When one modulates the cutoff, this ring will be frequency modulated. This is the basis of this sound.
I created three versions: VCFOsc1 VCFOsc2 and VCFOsc3. First two are almost the same and are meant for raw FM sounds. Listen to the presets. The third one, I worked on for a while (the "FineTune" parameter was difficult). Again some presets are presented.
Think of these modules as a single basic oscillator. One could introduce envelopes or whatever for the parameters of these oscillators for more dynamic behaviour.
Use a midifaderbox to control the parameters. I always work with midicontroller 0 until 15 on midichannel 1.
